Venue: Perth Entertainment Centre
Date: Friday 19th October, 2001
Time: 7.30pm

A big thank-you to Rick of Perth for the following:

No shows - Brett Hart, Harris Brothers, Dafnie and Shamrock.

=> Lawler and Jeremy Borash come out for intros
=> Big pops for Lawler

Juventud Guerrero vs Psychosis

=> As you'd expect this was probably the match of the night with tons of high flying offense and not many signs of ring rust.
=> Psychosis now with short hair
=> Great match and great pops from the crowd.

Gangrel vs Conan

=> Conan as a face does his old promo, slow and sloppy match, lots of missed spots.
=> Luna got involved a lot.
=> Conan hit Gangrel in the back of the head and his cup full of "blood" went flying into the crowd and busted some unlucky guy open who was in the fourth row. (only blood we saw all night)

Disco vs Bagwell

=> Oh dear, bad match. I mean BAD!
=> Disco carried Bagwell for the entire
match. Thats about all there was to it.
=> Disco did earn himself plenty of heat from the crowd and playing a great heel.

Jerry Lawler brings out the girls from the "dollhouse" and prepares the crowd for "puppies".

Just as they were about to be exposed, out comes Stevie Ray (Instant Heat). Stevie challenges Lawler for a match later in the night

Intermission

Danny Dominion and BIG Nathan Jones vs the Hollywood Blondes

=> Great match, Lenny and Lodi were getting so into character through the entire match, it gained them plenty of heel chants
=> Dominion had the most ring time with Jones looking
=> A few missed spots by Jones who looked very green but still got big pops from the crowd

*Hardcore Match*
Crowbar vs Norman Smiley

=> Smiley is so unfit it was embassing to watch. Out of breathe within the first few minutes that saw no hardcore action
=> Eventually the trash cans come out and then they went up into the crowd where Crowbar leaped off
ramp onto a table
=> Lawler's comments, "I'd call the match if I could see what was going on"
=> Personally I thought Smiley could have no showed this one to save himself the embarassment

Lawler vs Stevie Ray

=> Stevie beat on lawler
=> Lawler with a piledriver but Stevie no sells it
and beats on him some more
=> Okay match with a good effort from Lawler
who really knows how to milk a crowd for all its worth.

*Main Event*
Road Dogg vs Jeff Jarrett

=> Big pops for Road Dogg and major heat for Jarrett
=> Average sort of a match but not for any title

Rick Says:
All in all, VERY entertaining night. It Was great to see and hear the King back in action and great comic spots from Disco, the Hollywood Blondes and Lawler. Excellent job!
